    NY DAILY NEWS: Boston Police arrest more than 100 Occupy Boston protestors because they posed a threat to... $150,000 in newly-planted shrubbery.

    Well, let the record show at least that the city does not own the park. The relationship is complicated, but the park is definitely not city land.

    Not that that makes a huge difference, but it is interesting to note.
